About SWET Community Series: A complimentary class series designed to make SWET more accessible to the community. These classes offer a supportive way to explore aerial movement, stretch, and recovery in the hammock—whether you’re brand new or simply looking for a different way to move. Each offering in the series is approachable, lower-pressure, and designed to help you feel better in your body. About this class: New to aerial? Start here. This guided intro is designed to help you get comfortable in the hammock, learn the basics, and build confidence in a supportive setting. Expect simple sequences, clear instruction, and a slower pace that makes aerial feel approachable from day one. This is an introduction, not a progressive training class.

Description The SWET Women’s Circle is a small, intentional gathering for women in the SWET community to slow down, reflect, and connect beyond the structure of class. We’ll gather in a candlelit circle for guided conversation and thoughtful reflection with the strong, curious women who make up our studio and the broader South End community. This is a space to pause, share experiences, and build deeper connections in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Tea will be served, and the evening will include time for both conversation and quiet reflection. Whether you're new to SWET or have been practicing here for years, the circle is an opportunity to step out of the rhythm of daily life and connect more meaningfully with the community around you. Spots are intentionally limited to keep the gathering intimate. Details 📅 Every other Saturday 🕕 6:00 PM 📍 SWET Studio Price Complimentary gathering Tea will be served, featuring a seasonal selection such as oolong or a soothing herbal blend. Aerial Olympics + Spring Showcase Saturday, April 25th • 1:00–3:00 PM • Swet Studio Competition: 1:00–2:00 PM Spring Showcase: 2:00–3:00 PM What It Is A festive two-part studio celebration: a playful, winter-themed aerial fitness competition followed by our annual holiday party. Athletes, members, friends, and guests are all welcome. No experience necessary to join the competition—this is an accessible, fitness-focused event designed for ages 18–90. The Aerial Olympics: a high-energy series of strength, control, flexibility, and flow challenges that channel the spirit of winter games. Immediately after, we transition into a relaxed holiday social with music, treats, and community time. Come for the games, stay for the party—or join us for both.
