Joyraft Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

TTMYS, Inc. ("Joyraft") is dedicated to protecting your personal information and informing you how we use information you submit. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Platform, as defined in our Terms of Service ("User Terms"), and is incorporated into the User Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the User Terms. Please review this Policy periodically as we may revise it from time to time. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Platform. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.

2. Information Collected

We collect both personally identifiable information ("PII") and non-personally identifiable information ("Non-PII"). PII can identify you personally; Non-PII must be combined with other information to identify you.

PII Collected

You are not required to provide information to visit the Platform. However, to access or use some portions, we may collect PII such as your name, email, username, personal information, age, interests, hobbies, activities, phone number, contacts, and additional details. If you are a Host, we may collect Host-specific business information. If you purchase services, relevant payment information may be collected; all payment data is stored and processed by our third-party payment processors.

With your permission, we may collect information from your device’s phonebook (e.g., contacts and related information). We may also collect PII related to your interactions on the Platform, including interests, likes, messages, comments, and shared content (such as videos or photos).

Non-PII Collected

When you use the Platform, we may collect Non-PII such as your IP address, registration history, interaction/usage information, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, data usage, data transferred, and Internet service provider.

3. Use of Your Information

Where applicable, we use information you submit to:

  • Provide services and operate the Platform.
  • Share information with other users of the Platform and, where applicable, the public.
  • Enhance or improve user experience.
  • Respond to inquiries via email or other electronic communications.
  • Notify you about Joyraft services and updates.
  • Process transactions.
  • Share information with third-party contractors (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure providers, and vendors) who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to obligations consistent with this Policy.
  • Disclose information to governmental entities, authorities, or legal claimants in accordance with the confidentiality provisions in the User Terms.

4. Text Verification

By providing your phone number, you understand we may send a verification code when creating an account or logging in. Where applicable, you may opt out of text verification by following the instructions in any message. Standard message and data rates apply.

5. Accessing and Editing Your Information

You may access certain PII in your account and edit it within the Platform. For questions or to review, change, delete, or access your information, contact us at hello@joyraft.com. After deleting your account, we may retain inaccessible copies of your PII and Non-PII in accordance with our data retention policies.

6. Opt Out of Communications & Do Not Track

If you provide contact information, you agree we may send emails or other communications. You may unsubscribe from certain communications by notifying Joyraft, and we will endeavor to remove you promptly. We currently do not offer functionality to respond to "Do Not Track" signals. To opt out of certain communications or information collection, contact hello@joyraft.com.

7. Third Parties

Joyraft or users may post links to third-party websites. These sites are not screened by us for privacy or security issues, and you release us from liability for their conduct. This Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties. Review third-party policies to understand their information practices.

8. Security Measures

We make reasonable attempts to protect your information using physical and electronic safeguards (e.g., encryption). However, as our services are offered electronically, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend using anti-virus software, routine credit checks, two-factor authentication, firewalls, and other precautions.

9. International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your state, province, or country where privacy laws may differ. By submitting information, you consent to such transfers. PII and Non-PII submitted to Joyraft will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and disposed of in accordance with United States law and this Policy, and may be stored on servers outside your jurisdiction.

10. Merger and Acquisition

If Joyraft is involved in bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of the transaction. After transfer, applicable privacy rights may change.

11. Age Compliance

We do not knowingly collect or process information from persons under 13. If you are under 13, stop using the Platform and do not submit information. If we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

12. Cookies and Tracking

Like many mobile and web services, the Platform may use cookies and other technologies (e.g., web beacons and identifiers) to collect information about your activity, browser, and device. We may also collect information when you interact with the Platform through services offered via partners or third-party websites.

13. Amendments

We may amend this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will modify the "Last modified" date above or contact you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes is a condition of use. If you do not agree, cease using the Platform and notify us at hello@joyraft.com, and please delete your account.
