Grab your friends and join us every Thursday from 8-10pm for general knowledge trivia. We supply the cocktails, Tag Team Trivia supplies the game, and you just sit back and play. Team up with groups of up to 6 people to compete for gift certificates and prizes. Summer Cocktails Mixology Class

Looking to fine tune your cocktail skills at home? Just looking for a fun date night out? Get schooled on how to make craft cocktails using locally made spirits. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary welcome punch before we get down to business. You'll get a brief tour of our distillery, and then head to our barrelhouse for an in-depth mixology class with Christine Bossalini, our very own bartender &amp; spirits specialist. Our class will cover everything you need to know on how to properly make holiday cocktails at home. Learn about mixology techniques, tools, glassware, garnishes, and everything in between. You’ll practice your skills by making two summer cocktails featuring Short Path Distillery spirits, and last but certainly not least… sample your creations! If you want to stick around after the class, you can head over to our cocktail bar which will be open to the public until 11:30pm. Note: A ticket must be purchased in order to attend this event. This class size is extremely limited (only 18 seats available) and expected to sell out. Due to the limited class size, WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. This class takes place in our barrelhouse bar which means it's not fully temperature controlled. Please dress accordingly.

Get ready to celebrate summer’s most legendary cocktail. We’re throwing an all-out Mojito Night packed with fresh flavors, big pours, and plenty of patio vibes. Come sip, snack, and soak it all up... 🍃 SIGNATURE MOJITOS – Mixing mixing up all the summer flavors you love 🍹 GIANT MOJITOS – Supersized and perfect for sharing 🌿 BUILD YOUR OWN MOJITO – Pick your spirits, fruits, and herbs to craft your perfect drink 🥂 MOJITO FLIGHTS – Four mini Mojitos, each made with a different spirit 🌮 FOOD POP-UP – Delialle will be onsite serving innovative Latino eats 🐾 PATIO OPEN – Bring your doggos and soak up the summer vibes. On Gin &amp; Tonic Night, we’re putting it all on full display with five different gins behind the bar and endless ways to enjoy them. Whether you’re a die-hard gin lover or just G&amp;T-curious, this is the night to explore all things botanical and bubbly. 🍸 Giant G&amp;Ts — because sometimes bigger is better for sipping in style 🍸 Mini G&amp;Ts — perfect for sampling your way through the lineup 🍸 Signature G&amp;T Cocktails — creative drinks featuring house yrups &amp; infusions 🍸 G&amp;T Flights — curated mini pours of four different gin + tonic pairings 🍋 DIY Garnish Bar — fresh herbs, citrus, spices &amp; edible flowers so you can craft your perfect glass 🌮 El Pelón Taquería Pop-Up — slinging tacos &amp; snacks all night to pair with your G&amp;Ts What’s behind the bar: We’ll have 5 Short Path gins ready to pour — from classics to limited releases — and plenty of tonic options to match. Learn about the distilling process, how we produce and age spirits, and our science-based approach to flavor development. After touring the facilities, cap off the experience with a guided tasting at the sampling bar. Each tour is free, must be 21+ to attend. Your tour includes:<ul><li>Guided 45-minute tour of our facilities</li><li>3 spirit samples</li></ul>Tour Times<ul><li>2pm</li><li>4pm</li><li>6pm</li></ul>Black Tongue is poppin' up from 2-7pm!
