Policy Responses to Gambling, Recreational Drugs, and Pornography

The&nbsp;<a href="https://expandingviewpoints.tufts.edu/">Center for Expanding Viewpoints in Higher Education (CEVIHE)</a>&nbsp;at Tufts University welcomes you to a panel discussion exploring the ethical and social consequences of modern vices—sports betting, marijuana, and online adult content—and what responsible public policy should look like in response. This conversation brings together researchers and practitioners to map the trade-offs among individual liberty, public harms, and political feasibility. The panelists include&nbsp;Shaleen Title, former top Massachusetts cannabis regulator and&nbsp;Distinguished Cannabis Policy Practitioner in Residence at The Ohio State University’s Drug Enforcement and Policy Center;&nbsp;Charles Fain Lehman,&nbsp;senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute&nbsp;for Policy Research&nbsp;and senior editor of City Journal; and&nbsp;Isaac Rose-Berman, fellow at the American Institute for Boys and Men, focused on gambling research and policy. This conversation and Q&amp;A will be moderated by&nbsp;Ian Coss, WGBH&nbsp;host and creator of multiple acclaimed podcasts, including "Scratch &amp; Win" and "The Big Dig."&nbsp;This event is open to the public, but registration is required.&nbsp;<a href="https://cevihe.org/viceregulation">Learn more and register here.</a>
