East Boston's Famous Haunted House 'Nightmare on Moore Street' Returns for Halloween 2026

Nightmare on Moore Street is back in East Boston, with Jimmy Magnasco and his family turning their Moore Street home into a free, full-blown haunt for the fourth straight year. 🎃 There’s no front lawn, so everything gets mounted in creative ways: giant spiders crawling up the side of the house, a UFO hovering over the roof, singing pumpkins, inflatables, animatronics, fog, projections, and creepy lighting. New pieces get added throughout October. 🕷️ On Halloween night, the display becomes a walkthrough haunted house with live actors. It skews scary, so it’s best for teens and adults. 👻 The house is open nightly from 5 to 11pm and is best seen after dark. Street parking is tight, so walking or taking the T is the move. 🦇 https://www.instagram.com/nightmareonmoorestreet/
